What are your Opening hours?

We are open for business Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4.00pm.

Do you service other products other than Panasonic ?

No, we only service Panasonic products.

Can I courier the product to you?

Yes, Please ensure your item is adequately packaged.

Please do not send any accessories unless you think it may be faulty.

Do you repair in WARRANTY?

Yes we do, providing you have a valid proof of purchase.

Some smaller products may be a replacement only.

How much do you charge for an ESTIMATE?
- Our minimum service fees are set out below:
- Dosmestic Televisions $80.00
- Televisions with call out and inspection fee $172.00 (Within a 20 km radius)
- Projectors and Professional Panels are $115.00
- All other products $57.50
- Please note: Return freight will be an additional cost depending on location, size and weight.
- Prices are all inclusive of GST

Do you sell Spare Parts?

Yes, we do sell spare parts to you. Please contact us to see if we have stock. If we do need to order in a part, then a small deposit may be required before an order is placed.

PLEASE NOTE: Parts are only supplied providing it does not require any regulations to fit the part as some parts need to be fitted by a qualified technician and tested to comply with regulations for your safety.

Do you call out to customer houses?

Yes providing you are in our area. We do have a minimum charge of $80.00 plus inspection fee (Within a 20 km radius)

We do not call out for Projectors, Microwave ovens or DVD/Blu-ray players, these will need to be bought into us.

Televisions 40" and under will also need to be bought in as these are small enough to fit into your car and Panasonic's warranty does not cover a House Call for this size of television. Authorisation by Panasonic may be accepted for special cases.
